Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.63%
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Transport , Media & Publishing and Building & Construction sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.63% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Cable Company (TADAWUL: 2110 ), which rose 5.79% or 7.20 points to trade at 131.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Al ELM Information Security Company CJSC (TADAWUL: 7203 ) added 4.24% or 45.20 points to end at 1,110.00 and Middle East Pharmaceutical (TADAWUL: 4016 ) was up 1.96% or 2.60 points to 135.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co CJSC (TADAWUL: 4263 ), which fell 9.98% or 24.40 points to trade at 220.20 at the close. Batic Investments and Logistics Co (TADAWUL: 4110 ) declined 9.76% or 0.33 points to end at 3.05 and Saudi Darb Investment Co (TADAWUL: 4130 ) was down 7.32% or 0.03 points to 0.38.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 271 to 63 and 11 ended unchanged.
Shares in SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co CJSC (TADAWUL: 4263 ) fell to 52-week lows; down 9.98% or 24.40 to 220.20.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.84% or 0.59 to $69.76 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 1.03% or 0.76 to hit $72.81 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 1.63% or 47.50 to trade at $2,862.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.26% to 3.89, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 107.56.
