Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.28%
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Media & Publishing , Industrial Investment and Hotels & Tourism sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.28% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (TADAWUL: 4009 ), which rose 6.37% or 4.40 points to trade at 73.50 at the close. Meanwhile, National Medical Care Company (TADAWUL: 4005 ) added 4.51% or 7.20 points to end at 167.00 and City Cement Co (TADAWUL: 3003 ) was up 3.74% or 0.74 points to 20.54 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company SJSC (TADAWUL: 8060 ), which fell 9.95% or 2.26 points to trade at 20.46 at the close. Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing (TADAWUL: 4193 ) declined 9.93% or 5.30 points to end at 48.10 and Dr Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh (TADAWUL: 4017 ) was down 9.67% or 5.80 points to 54.20.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 210 to 110 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in Dr Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh (TADAWUL: 4017 ) fell to all time lows; losing 9.67% or 5.80 to 54.20.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 1.76% or 1.20 to $67.06 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 1.31% or 0.93 to hit $70.11 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.17% or 4.85 to trade at $2,925.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.86% to 4.01, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.69% at 104.96.
