Investing.com – Germany stocks were mixed after the close on Monday, as gains in the Software , Food & Beverages and Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare sectors led shares higher while losses in the Construction , Financial Services and Media sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Frankfurt, the DAX added 0.06%, while the MDAX index declined 0.17%, and the TecDAX index fell 0.11%.

The best performers of the session on the DAX were Airbus Group SE (ETR: AIRG ), which rose 2.63% or 3.70 points to trade at 144.34 at the close. Meanwhile, Fresenius Medical Care KGAA ST (ETR: FMEG ) added 2.26% or 0.97 points to end at 43.87 and Fresenius SE & Co KGAA O.N. (ETR: FREG ) was up 1.98% or 0.79 points to 40.64 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Rheinmetall AG (ETR: RHMG ), which fell 3.39% or 47.00 points to trade at 1,339.50 at the close. Continental AG O.N. (ETR: CONG ) declined 3.32% or 2.32 points to end at 67.56 and Hannover Rueck SE (ETR: HNRGn ) was down 2.28% or 6.40 points to 274.40.

The top performers on the MDAX were Traton SE (ETR: 8TRA ) which rose 7.37% to 30.02, Lanxess AG (ETR: LXSG ) which was up 3.67% to settle at 26.56 and Nordex SE O.N. (ETR: NDXG ) which gained 3.52% to close at 16.46.

The worst performers were Fraport AG (ETR: FRAG ) which was down 3.49% to 59.50 in late trade, Hensoldt Ag (ETR: HAGG ) which lost 2.78% to settle at 62.85 and Deutsche Wohnen AG (ETR: DWNG ) which was down 2.22% to 22.00 at the close.

The top performers on the TecDAX were Nordex SE O.N. (ETR: NDXG ) which rose 3.52% to 16.46, SAP SE (ETR: SAPG ) which was up 1.68% to settle at 248.80 and Evotec AG O.N. (ETR: EVTG ) which gained 1.60% to close at 7.50.

The worst performers were Nagarro SE (ETR: NA9n ) which was down 11.58% to 59.20 in late trade, Hensoldt Ag (ETR: HAGG ) which lost 2.78% to settle at 62.85 and 11 AG (ETR: 1U1 ) which was down 1.78% to 15.48 at the close.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by 375 to 245 and 35 ended unchanged.

Shares in Nagarro SE (ETR: NA9n ) fell to all time lows; losing 11.58% or 7.75 to 59.20.

The DAX volatility index , which measures the implied volatility of DAX options, was down 5.92% to 22.49.

Gold Futures for June delivery was up 1.33% or 43.94 to $3,342.34 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in June fell 1.79% or 1.13 to hit $61.89 a barrel, while the July Brent oil contract fell 1.90% or 1.25 to trade at $64.55 a barrel.

EUR/USD was unchanged 0.24% to 1.14, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.35% to 0.85.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.25% at 99.01.
