Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.20%

Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Communication , Technology and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 fell 0.20%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Leumi (TASE: LUMI ), which rose 3.00% or 162.00 points to trade at 5,562.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Bank Hapoalim (TASE: POLI ) added 1.71% or 96.00 points to end at 5,706.00 and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE: TEVA ) was up 1.42% or 85.00 points to 6,063.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE: BEZQ ), which fell 4.00% or 22.80 points to trade at 547.60 at the close. Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE: ENLT ) declined 3.55% or 241.00 points to end at 6,549.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE: NICE ) was down 2.27% or 1,350.00 points to 58,200.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 307 to 151 and 80 ended unchanged.

Shares in Leumi (TASE: LUMI ) rose to all time highs; up 3.00% or 162.00 to 5,562.00. Shares in Bank Hapoalim (TASE: POLI ) rose to all time highs; up 1.71% or 96.00 to 5,706.00.

Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.58% or 0.36 to $61.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.63% or 0.41 to hit $65.13 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.59% or 51.34 to trade at $3,284.84 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.18% to 3.53, while EUR/ILS rose 0.41% to 3.98.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.26% at 100.03.
