After-hours movers: Palo Alto Networks, Take-Two, Toll Brothers and more

After-hours movers:

Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW ) fell 4% after it published quarterly results and guidance that generally matched consensus. Fiscal third quarter revenue grew 15% year over year to $2.3 billion.

Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL ) rose 5.5% after EPS topped consensus and management reaffirmed guidance. Net income and earnings per share were $352.4 million and $3.50 per diluted share, compared to net income of $481.6 million and $4.55 per diluted share in FY 2024’s second quarter.

Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ: TTWO ) fell 3% after it announced a proposed underwritten public offering of $1 billion of shares of its common stock. Take-Two intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of outstanding debt and future acquisitions.

Carter’s (NYSE: CRI ) fell 9% after it cut its dividend. Management said the current dividend was misaligned with its level of profitability.

Nu Holdings (NYSE: NU ) fell 4% after its COO stepped down.
